dieting while on Vacation??? Really!

Yes it's true. You can stick to your plan. :) I strayed a little bit but did much better than I thought I could. I am proud of myself and my daughter said she was proud of me to.
My daily food plan didnt change much. I did subsitute xocai chocolate shakes for Atkins protein shakes tho.
My calories werent as low as they should have been, but they were protein calories and not carb calories so I was lenient with myself.
I just put all my vacation food thru fitness pal so I know my calories were more than 500 a day but I kept them under a 1000 most days. I took my drops daily also.
The only day I cheated was sunday. I caved for an oatmeal raisen cookie.
All is well.
I have lost 13 lbs so far and hope to lose more and do better this week now that I am home and have lots more control of my enviroment.

Tuesday, May 24th 2011

Well I survived another day. I did a food calorie count on Myfitnesspal.com and finally added up my calories. Today I only had 466 calories. No wonder i felt hungry. Hit me just before lunch and also late afternoon.
Here is my food diary:
Breakfast:Hcg & Green tea, Lunch: Hcg, Choc. shake in blender this time:) Snack: 7 strawberries, and Dinner:hcg, Tri-tip steak.
I Feel GREAT!! and I already feel skinnier! :)

Marvelous Monday may 23,2011

Ok so....doing great, 10 drops hcg, mixed berry cold Green tea. Already drank 2 bottles of water.
Lunch was @ 1:00 w 10 drops, and a Xocai Choc shake with blended ice. Perty tasty.
It's 3:00 and I just had 10 rasberries. Still hungry tho. Not sure what to eat.
snack time was another mixed berry green tea, and another bottle of water.

For Dinner I had of course 10 drops hcg, 4oz tri-tip steak, and 4 strawberries.
I felt alot better after I ate something. I even survived a trip to walmart and didn't even sneak a treat or cheat. Woo hoo! :)

I took pictures of my fatness last night but I'm still embarrassed to post them. Maybe when I'm skinny I will. :)

I haven't really been keeping track of calories. maybe I should. Well that's about it for today. :)

Sat. May 21,2011

Slept in! :)
Breakfast: took my 10 drops hCG then a 1/2hr later drank my green w stevia.
Lunch: 10 drops hCG,then 10 strips of Kirkland brand Grilled Chicken (cold)
Snack: (apprx 5pm)I had handful of red rasberries
Dinner: 10 drops,15 more chicken strips aprx 10 cherries

10:30am Breakfast: 10 drops, Green Tea
12:10 Lunch: 10 drops, Xocai Healthy Choc. Shake w blended ice (yummy)!
my bottle of hCG drops fell off the top of the fridge and shattered!!
found a previous bottle from last year with a little bit left. hopefully it eill get me by till a new bottle comes in the mail.
4pm snack: 10 rasberries,diet mixed berry green tea(cold)
6:00 Dinner: 5 drops, 4oz tri-tip steak,w steamed broccoli (yum!)

Let the weightloss begin!

I'm starting this blog to keep track of my progress, to journal daily and create more success. I am involved in a weightloss pilot program with Healthy Chocolate and hCG drops.
I started phase 1 of hCG on May 19, 2011 with hcg drops and eating every and all (like the plan says) I did the same thing for Friday May 20th. I felt yucky and soo full.
My beginning weight was 254.2 (yikes!)
(havent been that since I was pregnant in 2004!) I will also post my measurements.
Wish me luck, but hopefully I wont need very much. haha :)
